She was predeceased by : her husband Norbert Kuberka, MD; her son Thomas Kuberka; and her sister Mary Lou Kane. She is survived by : her children, Kathleen Kuberka (Cort Wrotnowski), Robert Kuberka (Julie) and Maria Castilone (Scott); her grandchildren, Michael, Douglas Wrotnowski, Alexandra, Victoria, Jonathan, Robert Kuberka, Andrew and Nikolaus Castilone; her brother Vance Bogulski; and her sister-in-law Millie Kuberka (late Harry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
