He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jewett and Florence Jewett; and his siblings, Bobby and Joyce Streeter. He is survived by: his wife Florence "Vickie" Jewett; his children, Duane T. Jewett Jr., Scott T. Jewett, Sue Ann Jewett, Barbara Ann Wheeler and Robin Jewett; and his siblings, Ricky Jewett and Laura Raymond.
