He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Motasky (Sharon). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Lisa (Robert Reed), Pam (John Harrington), Maria (Billie Bledsaw) and Sarah Motasky; his grandchildren, Brianna (Sam Lowen), Sherri (Josh Bouchard), Nicole (Chad Houle), Alayna, Isaiah, Aaron, Joanna, Chaylyn, Justin and Autumn; his great grandchildren, Milo, Jack, Chad Jr. and Zackary; his pet Layla; and his family, Hugh, Linda, Kathy Martin and Boquet Development.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Westport Bible Church (24 Youngs Rd, Westport, NY 12993). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlands Cemetery (76 N Union St, Cambridge, NY 12816).
