He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Mann and Jeanetta Mann (Castelonia). He is survived by: his significant other Bernadette Osborne; his children, John Mann Jr. (Deanna), Michael Mann (Jazminde), Kimberly Mann, Teona Mann (Carlos Rodriguez), Richard Mann and Lisa Mann; and his siblings, Arthur Mann, Timothy Mann, Robert Mann, Charles Mann, Susan Mann and Anna Bullock. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
