He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Fitzpatrick and Loretto Fitzpatrick (Kelly); his son Steven Fitzpatrick; and his brother Daniel Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Siebart; his children, Daniel Fitzpatrick (Nancy) of Ellicottville, Gregory Fitzpatrick (Ann Marie) of Ellicottville, Marcia Fitzpatrick (Jim Zaepfel) of Williamsville, Kerry Allison (Michael) of Mansfield, MA and Dr. Sheila Fitzpatrick of Vail, CO.; his sister Kathleen Widger of Great Valley; his grandchildren, Maggie, Stephen (Natalee), Charles, Brendan, Kailey, Annie Meghan, Connor, Melanie, Dana and Christina; his great grandchildren, Carter and Henry; and his children, Bede Fitzpatrick, Gerard "Jess" Fitzpatrick, Joseph Fitzpatrick and William Fitzpatrick.
