She was predeceased by : her parents, Elton Pettit and Margaret Harris Pettit; and her siblings, Mary Elizabeth Pettit, Wilma Treat and William Pettit.

She is survived by : her husband Melvin R. Green; her daughters, Tammy Nostrant (Jerry) of Mansfield and Terri Carlson of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Sarah Wojtowicz (Zach Hart), Jessica Shawley (Jacob), Christopher Wojtowicz and Taylor Carlson; her nephew Randy Pettit; her goddaughters, Miranda and Monica; and her close friends, Margaret Puszcz, Anne, James Connor and Margery Becelia.
