It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brett M. Sando of Elmira Heights, New York, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on May 27, 2022, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Michael J. Sando and Jill M. Saunders Sando of Elmira Heights, NY; his brother Adam; his sister-in-law Arazely "Cely" Sando of Elmira, NY; his nieces and nephews, Maricely "Matti" Sando and Nicholas "Nick" Sando; his aunts and uncles, Sherry (Walt King), Patricia (Martin Sullivan), Paul (Nancy Sando) and Jean (Barry Wilson); his great-aunt Beverly Pelling of Horseheads, NY; his godparents, Frank and Connie Chalk of Hanover, PA; and his friends, Danny and Carol Franchi. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.

In lieu of flowers those wishing may remember Brett through memorials to The American Cancer Society.
