He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Stevens; his grandson Jordan Stevens; and his siblings, Charles Vanhorn (Mary Giuliano), Richard VanHorn (Sally), Chris Crater, Shawn Crater (Shelly), Frank Crater (Diane) and Darlene Crater (Tracy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
