It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal A. Palmer of Elmira Heights, New York, who passed away on November 12, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Palmer and Evadne Palmer; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Helen Krovetcz. He is survived by : his wife Frances Krovetcz Palmer; his son Christopher E. Palmer of Gillett, PA; his brother Max; his siblings-in-law, Sheila Palmer of Elmira, Joseph and Dorothy Krovetcz of Gillett, PA; and his niece Konnie Krovetcz Davis of Bethel, CT. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and his feline companions.
