She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Hoodak Sr. and Mary Hoodak (Roman); her husband Howard Chaffee; and her siblings, LaVerne Hoodak, Sandra Durizch and Stephen Hoodak Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Danielle Hoodak and Stasha Hoodak-Murray; her grandchildren, Christopher Hoodak, Timothy Davis Jr., Isis Sinclaire and Jared Murray; her great grandchild Braylynn; her brother Daniel; her sister-in-law Martha Hoodak (Cardinale); her sister Vicki (Hoodak); and her brother-in-law John Cardinale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
