She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest C. "Bucky" Latterell and Eleanor J. Latterell (Storms); her daughter Deboni Latterell; her siblings, Shari Latterell and David Latterell; her nephew Ryan Latterell; and her brother-in-law Clark Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Richard E. Harper; her children, Jarret Harper, Nicole Latterell and Richard Harper II; her grandchildren, Tynia Harper, Zoraya Harper, Capria Harper, Liam Masker, Carter Latterell, Cooper Latterell and Kennedy Oliver; and her siblings, Tom (Tina), Charles "Chappy", Debbie, Tammie, Darcy, Millie and Marian Latterell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and close friends.
