He is survived by: his wife Evelyn O'Hara (Dellapenta); his son James L. O'Hara; his daughter-in-law Carol O'Hara; and his grandchildren, Devon O'Hara of Endicott, Ashlee Holmes (Rob) of Endicott and Colleen O'Hara of Endicott.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Jim's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
