He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Kupkovich and Stephen Kupkovich. He is survived by: his children, Joe (Jenny Kupkovich), Chris (Cheryl Kupkovich), Amy Polhamus (Melissa Korosec) and Sarah (Jamie Boehm); his sisters, Lavana (Tom Lynch), Eva (Mark Morabito), Ann O'Loughlin and Denise (Terry LaRocca); and his grandchildren, Matthew Betancourt, Joey, Stevie Kupkovich, Brody, Xzander, Oliver and Maxwell Boehm.
