With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Helen Courtney of Esopus, New York, born in Ozone Park, New York, who passed away on June 25, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bronislaw Chilinski and Helen Chilinski (Palczewska); her husband Cornelius F. Courtney; and her siblings, Edward Chilinski and Mary Jurgel.

She is survived by : her son Robert C. Courtney (Theresa Nuss Courtney) of Kingston; and her niece Barbara Terpening.
