She was predeceased by: her parents, James DeZalia and Mary Bullard DeZalia; her husband Lawrence M. Bliss; and her son Lawrence. She is survived by: her siblings, Norman (Judith) and Frances Provoncha; her grandchildren, Keith Lobdell, Laura Bliss Carson (Mike), Sarah Bliss (James Hammaker) and Melanie Hall (David); her great grandchildren, Malynda Lobdell (William), Lawrence Lobdell (Aja), Ella Lobdell, Alex Bliss-Carson (Gabe Holland), Michael Carson and Benjamin Carson; her great great grandchild Kayce Holland; and her close friend Lillian Lobdell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Essex Congregational Church.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the ALS Foundation, the Church or the Lewis Cemetery Association.
