She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis C. Chiazzese and Loretta Buccola Chiazzese; her aunts, Mary Buccola and Teresa Buccola; and her uncle Lory Buccola.

She is survived by : her sister Sylvia Chiazzese of Falconer; her close friend Peter Macneil of Frewsburg; and her cousins, Joseph Buccola (Stephanie) of Falconer, Lory Buccola (Amy) of Frewsburg and Marie Caruso (Pam VanArsdale) of Falconer.
