She was predeceased by : her husband Theodore "Ted" Wallace Sr.; her children, Donna J. Wolf, Karen L. Sorensen, Theodore D. "Ted" Wallace Jr. and Mark Wallace; and her brother Dick.

She is survived by : her children, Roy Boutelle (Emma) of Kennedy, Paula Wallace of Falconer and Steve Wallace (Bonnita) of Kennedy. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be donated Chautauqua County Hospice and Palliative Care 20 W. Fairmount Ave. Lakewood, NY 14750.
