He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter R Morgan and Hilda Morgan; and his brother Allen C Morgan. He is survived by : his wife Frances; his children, Carol, Walter (Julie) and Daniel (Tiffany); and his grandchildren, Valerie (Tyler Kies), Jesskah (Josh Forrest), Katie and Zachary (Olivia).
