He is survived by : his parents, Thomas "Tom" Moore and Linda Moore (VanOsberg); his children, Xander Moore of Chaffee, Sienna Moore of Chaffee, Cheyenne Moore of Hamburg and Tierney Moore of Hamburg; and his siblings, Beth Moore of Buffalo and Mike Moore of Holland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
