It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Ann Lavacca of Sayville, New York, who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marie Ann Lavacca to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Campanaro and Katherine Campanaro; her husband Orlando "Al" Lavacca; her sisters, Elizabeth and Ann (Louie); and her brother-in-law Peter.
She is survived by: her children, Orlando P. Lavacca (Patricia), Richard Lavacca (Maureen) and Jeana Marie Lewis (Daniel); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Tim), Ash, Lauren (Eric), Tyler (Jasmin), Emily (Rafael), James (Kendra) and Dominic; and her sisters, Lucille, Victoria (Dennis), Katherine (Steve) and Theresa.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home Inc. (385 Main St, Farmingdale, NY 11735). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Kilian RC Church (485 Conklin St, Farmingdale, NY 11735).
