He is survived by: his wife Migdalia (Micki); his children, Timothy of Holtsville, NY, Avangeline of Holtsville, NY, Elizabeth (Bliss), Sage, Kenzie and Trey; his brother Robert (Emily Ambrose) of Farmingville, NY; and also, Alexander Ambrose (Deanna) and His. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that people donate blood in his memory.
