We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Alan Wayne Avery of Fayette, New York, born in Waterloo, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred G. Avery and Helen M. Bruce Avery; and his brother David Avery. He is survived by : his brothers, Bruce Avery (Rosemary) of Rochester, NY and John Avery (Amy Westfall) of Waterloo, NY; and his close friend Kay Baker of Lyons, NY.. He is also survived by one niece and four nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Warner VanRiper Post 435, American Legion, 1 E. Williams St., Waterloo, NY, 13165, Finger Lakes Community Church, 5 Sullivan Dr., Seneca Falls, NY, 13148, or the organization of one's choice.
