He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond G. Wise and Ella Wise (Kurtz); and his grandson Randall Wise. He is survived by: his children, Raymond H. Wise (Newark), Mark Wise (Seneca Falls), Aaron Wise (Clyde), Lynford Wise (Romulus), Mary Jane Martin (Newark), Karen Wise, Penn Yan, Rosanna Weaver (Newark) and Brenda Hoover (Himrod); and his siblings, Marvin Wise and Ruth Ann Wise.
