He was predeceased by: his parents, Paulino De Jesus and Bartola Correa; his siblings, Angel, Gabriel and Ricarda; and his mother-in-law Maria Rosario Rodriguez Ramos.
He is survived by: his wife Leyda; his children, Luis A. De Jesus (Imelda) of Mexico City, Mexico, Edwin De Jesus, Marvin De Jesus (Stephanie) of Kitchener, ON and Maribel Jackson (Franklin) of Clayton, NC; his grandchildren, Luis De Jesus, Jr., Jasmin Apollo (Frankie), Jocelyn De Jesus (Victor Ortuño), Kaelee De Jesus, Dylan De Jesus, Evan De Jesus, Ezekiel Duncan and Franklin Jackson, III; his great grandchildren, Leilani, Charlotte, Roman, Mya and Lourdes; and his siblings, Juana De Jesus, Higinia Olmeda, Ana Valentino, Juanita De Jesus, Jose De Jesus and Carlos William De Jesus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and countless other family members.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill (1089 Main St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mother of the Church (106 Jackson St, Fishkill, NY 12524). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
