It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Elsie Kelly (Fleischmanns, New York), born in Stamford, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Todd and Helen Kelly Todd; her former husband Elmer J. Kelly; her husband Robert Johnson; and her brothers, Donald and Wally Todd.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald (Pamela) of Bloomsburg and Janice (Dennis) of Springville; and her sister-in-law Ellen Todd. She is also survived by four grandchildren seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
