She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Edmond Power and Helen Power of Middle Village; her husband Richard; her children, Beth, Mike, Dan (Laura) and Hailey; her grandchildren, Conner, Brooklyn Cerruti (Dan) and Jane; and her siblings, Helen and Thomas. She was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Jane also donated many blankets and hats to the needy.
