With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jean Powis of Florida, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jean left this world on April 17, 2024, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Jean may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of our lives, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by : her husband Harry Powis; her parents, Oscar Champine and Hazel Champine; and her siblings, Helen Evans, Mildred Parslow, Dorothy Sorrento and Edward Champine.
She is survived by : her sons, Ken Powis of Albany, NY and Steve Powis (Kevin Lengyel) of Florida. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
