He is survived by: his children, Chow Ling, Alejandro and Soraya; his children-in-law, Siu Mui, Siu Ching and Joseph Louis Cina; his grandchildren, Carolina Forsyth (Kurt), Victoria Mishra (Michael), Alvin Chang, Steven Chang (Jenn), Sofia Cina and Jonathan Cina; and his great grandchildren, Asher and Emeline. He is also survived by His wife and two sons.
