He is survived by: his cousin Ming; his wife Ming-Ju Wang; his children, Dale Wang, Jennifer Lee and Wendy Wang Niles; and his grandchildren, Marisa Lee, Patricia Wang, Brendan Niles and Katelyn Niles. He is also survived by brothers, one younger brother and one younger sister.
