He was predeceased by : his parents, Dallas B. Eller Sr. and Dorothy Russell; his siblings, James Skivington and Coleen McNeilly; his grandson Noah Piening; and his stepson Chase Hayes.

He is survived by : his wife Michelle L. Hayes-Eller; his children, Alexander Eller of Fonda, NY., Paul Hayes (Allyk) of Fonda, NY. and Brandy Hayes (Clayton) of Fonda, NY.; his siblings, Jason Russell, Richard Eller (Vera) and Rebecca Wesson; his grandchildren, Wyatt, William, Liam, Penelope, Xavior and Deanna; and his parents-in-law, Dan and Linda Robinson of Rockwood, NY.. He is also survived by Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
