She was predeceased by: her husband James M. Pfohl; her parents, Anne O'Shea and Charles O'Shea; and her sibling Francis O'Shea. She is survived by: her sister Liz; her children, Samara (Peter Bilden), Tony (Lyndsey), Margot and Cynthia (Michael Erensen); her grandchildren, Benjamin, James, Caroline, Zachary Bilden, Henry and Nellie Erensen; and her siblings, Peggy Ferguson, Anne Cavanagh, Kathleen Donahue, Carol Yaeger, Richard O'Shea, Cornelia Daly, Helen Hebb, Charles O'Shea, Maureen Boyle and Patricia O'Shea.
She served as Co-President of the former St. Vincent's Hospital Auxiliary and was a member of the hospital's Foundation Board.
