We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2021, at the age of 69, Michael D Samuelson of Forestville, New York, born in Silver Creek, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Roger Samuelson; and his sister RoAnne. He is survived by : his mother Anne Samuelson (Dowling); his wife Deborah (Dexter); his daughter Sheila Samuelson; and his siblings, Robert Samuelson (Patty), Deborah Szymanski (Steve), Tom Samuelson (Christy) and Tina Hamilton (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Stroke Association.
