It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald A. Phillips of Fort Edward, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Phillips and Jennie Flanders Phillips; his siblings, Walter Aldrich (Sonny) and Josephine Aldrich Roberts; and his daughter Jennifer Rose Phillips.

He is survived by : his wife Gail R. DeCelle; his children, Shirley Ann Herkenham (Gregg), Donald Phillips, Raymond Phillips (Paula), Kristina Phillips and Jodie Phillips; his grandchildren, Thomas Herkenham, Amanda Herkenham, Ryen Phillips (Courtney), Marissa Phillips, Kaitlin Phillips, Hannah Phillips, Hailee Phillips, Zoey and Parker Phillips; his great grandchild Tripp Raymond Phillips; and his siblings, Elizabeth Hurley, Herbert Phillips, Alice Bentley (Stan), Hattie Powers, Dorothy Young (Joe) and Ruth Mandigo. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
