She was predeceased by: her parents, William Etu and Leafa Etu (Quackenbush); her spouse Thomas Gorthey; her sister Sandra Contento; her niece Denais Stoughton (Etu); and her nephew Billy Etu.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Gorthey, David Gorthy (Alison), Darren Gorthey (Jacqueline) and Sean Gorthey (Sarah); her grandchildren, Hunter, Gillian, Violet, Mason, Margaux, Quinn, Skylar, Thomas, ReesAnn and Logan; and her brother William Etu. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
