He was predeceased by: his parents, Girolamo "Jerry" and Rose LaBarbera; his friend Vinny Maugeri; his grandson Aaron LaBarbera; his brother Anthony; his sister-in-law Anna LaBarbera; his sister Mary J. LaBarbera; and his cousin Donald Jones.
He is survived by: his friends, Tony Meola and Frankie Meola; his wife Rose Marie; his children, Renee, Art Newman, Nicole, John Abel, Raymond J., Cristina LaBarbera, Marc Talerico and Michael Talerico; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Mikenzie, Natalie Newman, Julian, Roman LaBarbera and Marcus Talerico; his sister Rosalie; and his brother-in-law Carmen D'Ambro. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
