It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elena Lasala (Franklin Square, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 20, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frank S. LaSala; and her daughter Joann Strano. She is survived by: her children, Viviann LaSala (Philip DiDomenico), Stephen LaSala (Anne) and Donna LaSala (Anthony Scivoli); her grandchildren, Elena Epping (Michael), Anthony Iodice, Frank LaSala, Alana LaSala, Valerie Laupheimer, Melissa Dessel and Stephanie Rauscher; her great grandchildren, Gina Marie Williams (Aaron), Vincent Epping, Nicolas Epping, Joseph Epping, Maya Epping, Paige Laupheimer, Andrew Dessel, Emily Dessel, Gregory Laupheimer, Michael Laupheimer, Michaela Hutchison and James Anderson; and her great great grandchild Michelle Engel.
