He was predeceased by : his parents, Armond J. Laurenzo and Emma "Arlene" Huffman Laurenzo; and his siblings, Elizabeth and Raymond Laurenzo. He is survived by : his wife Robin Paulus Laurenzo; his daughters, Michelle Cash (Jon) of Schaghticoke and Katy Coleman (Adam Lanza) of Albany; his brothers, John Paulus of Loudonville and Richard Laurenzo (Dawn) of Richfield Springs; his nieces and nephews, R. J. Laurenzo and Fire Dept; his sons, Alex, Matt and Nick Dunn; and his granddaughter Gabriella Cash.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Mechanicville Fire Dept.
