She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Woodworth and Ruth Woodworth (Miller); her siblings, Doris (Sharp), Ralph and Frank Woodworth; and her former husband Myron Clark Jr. Eithel.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Ferrett (Richard) of Urbana, IL, Bruce Clark (Diane) of Fredonia, NY and Debra Heydt (Glenn) of Venice, FL.; and her grandchildren, Ryan Ferrett, Adam Ferrett, Sarah Reifsteck (Dustin), Katherine Clark and Alexis Clark.
