She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Boyd Bumgardner; her husband Joseph Bailey III; her children, Pastor Darrell Williams (Lakisha), Monique Bailey and Marhissa Bailey; her stepson Joseph Bailey IV; and her siblings, Jimmy Bumgardner (Carol), Ellory Bumgardner, Sterling Bumgardner and Muriel Ashe-Bivens (Roland).
