He was predeceased by : his parents, John Surine and Beverly Surine. He is survived by : his wife Deborah; his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Mary Jane; his brother Jeremy; his sister-in-law Ellen; his nieces, Addyson and Ashlyn; his grandchildren, Grayson John and Jeffrey Charles; his parents-in-law, Donald, Gail Canterbury, Kimberly and Nathaniel Darling; his grandparents, Elmer VanArkel and Beatrice Raponi; and also Jonathan. He is also survived by numerous cousins and beloved friends.
