He was predeceased by : his parent Odis Matthew; and his son Nathan DeWayne Kendall. He is survived by : his parent Ava Marie Whitt Kendall; his son Billy DeWayne Kendall, Jr.; his significant other Lynda Golden of Cottage Grove, TN; and his siblings, Charlene Peery (Robert), Shirlene McDonald (Jeff), Donna Sipes (John) and Odis Ray Kendall (Sheila).
