He was predeceased by: his parents, Houghton Spencer and Gladys Spencer; and his siblings, Gloria Hood and Bud Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Louise Spencer; his sons, Ronald E. Spencer of Liverpool, Gregory W. Spencer (Sue) of Baldwinsville and David L. Spencer (Sheryl) of Clifton Park; his grandchildren, Savannah and Rylan Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Caleb and Chase Kieper.
