She was predeceased by : her parents, Homer Hill and Frances Horning Hill; her sons, Richard and Bruce; her siblings, William Hill (Mary) and Felicia Fisher (James); her nephew William Frye; and her niece Barbara Rivera.

She is survived by : her husband Arnold G. Quackenbush; her friend Paul Nicholas; her daughter Linda Marie Bell (Francis); her granddaughter Melissa Buanno (Carl); her sister Dolores Frye; her great grandchildren, Zaye and Laine; and her friends, Joyce Nicholas and Shari Dailey.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made any animal shelter in her memory.
