We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2023, at the age of 87, Alfred Stewart of Gansevoort, New York, born in Saratoga Springs, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Stewart and Madeline Stewart (Lynch); his former spouse Marion Stewart (Cook); his sons, Douglas and David; his son-in-law Michael Harris; and his friend Bob Shaw.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Stewart (Short); his children, Mary Kate Harris, Daniel Stewart (Kathleen) and Donald Stewart (Susie); his daughter-in-law Cheryl Stewart; his stepchildren, Anthony Bruno and Anne Marie Bruno; his sisters, Joan Deryke and Carol Sharp (Ed); and his caregivers, Alice, Karen and Maura. He is also survived by family members including grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
