He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Spigner and Carolyn Spigner; his former wife Elizabeth "Betsy" Spigner (Price); and his sisters, Cynthia Richardson (Spigner) and Elaine Spigner.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Spigner (Smith); his sisters, Erlene Woods (Paul) and Flora Collins (John); his children, Daniel Spigner (Michele), Andy Spigner (Aimee), Scott Spigner, Chad Sesselman (Denise), Ryan Sesselman (Kelly) and Todd Sesselman; and his grandchildren, Kiernan, Chloe, Emily, Lauren, Austin, Ben, Luke, Emma, Kole, Nick and Savannah.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Red Cross Blood Bank or a donation of blood and platelets to the Red Cross.
