He is survived by: his children, Elisa Burke (Bruce), Mark Jacox (Michelle Anderson), Steven Jacox (Tracy) and Kimberly O'Reilly (Todd); his brothers, Lloyd Jacox, John Hardter and Charles Jacox; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Burke (Lisa), Steven Jacox, Cydney O'Reilly, Samantha Burke, Jacquelyn O'Reilly and Leonard Anderson.
