It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Stanley Winters of Gansevoort, New York, born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. “No words can heal what your family is going through right now but your son/brother was a very special person to everyone he touched. I was a DSP in his home and I fell tin love with. He taught me how do deal with special individuals. I know yellow was his favorite color so I tried to wear it as much as I could. He will never have to be afraid again I lit an eternal candle for him. God bless.”
