He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Sullivan Sr. and Elizabeth Sullivan (Carroll); and his sister Kathleen LeRoux (Farone). He is survived by: his wife Karen Sullivan (Kendall); his children, Kimberly E. Sullivan of Troy and John T. Sullivan of Saratoga Springs; and his friend Nancy LaBarge of Glens Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and several cousins.
