He is survived by: his parent Helen Eastman (Tubbs); his wife Gwen; his children, Hope Arlin (Eastman), Chris Wentworth (Paul), Mary Clausen (Robert) of Gansevoort, Tanya Eastman of Gansevoort and John Eastman (Michelle); his grandchildren, Jeremy Wentworth (Sarah), Curtis Wentworth (Alissa), Josiah Wentworth, Bethany Moon (Bill), Rachel Wentworth, Morgan Michel (Jay), Kelli Faggiano (Chris), Aaron Haas, Alex Haas, Justine Morrison, Melissa Segraves (Elliot), Korie Arlin (Todd Harris), Christopher Eastman, Zackary Eastman, Joshaua Eastman, Alan Cook (Ashley) and Michael Cook; his great grandchildren, Carter Wentworth, Anderson Wentworth, Christopher Wentworth, Jason Moon, Georgia Gonzalez, Adaline Harris, Valencia Michel, Raymond Faggiano, Grace Cook, Mallory DePan and Asher Morrison; and his sisters, Patricia Spencer (Larry), Phyllis Farley and Buddy.
