It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy McCarroll Scanlon of Gansevoort, New York, born in Suffern, New York, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin McCarroll and Dorothy McCarroll; her husband Francis Xavier Scanlon; and her sister Marilyn Weimar. She is survived by: her sons, Brenden Scanlon and Bryan Scanlon (Kathy); her granddaughter Adriana Grace; her sister Virginia Griffen (Paul); her sisters-in-law, Nancy Sutherland and Kathy Beaury (Jack); her sibling's children, Kim, Kristin, Jessica, Erin, Catherine Rose, Geoffrey, Kenny Jr. and C. J.; and her grandson Johnathan.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made "In Memory of Nancy Scanlon" to The St. Anne Institute Foundation to be dedicated to the Nancy Scanlon Scholarship Fund.
